We step into the kitchen of Bo.lan and meet two young chefs who are using innovative ingredients to put a new spin on traditional Thai dishes.

Forget the tourist markets. Instead we find out where the locals really shop. We step into the boutique of one of the country's talented young fashion designers - Pim Sukhahuta. And Talk Show Host Woody Milintachinda tips us off to the bars and clubs of "RCA" - or Royal City Avenue.
